I love Coffee!!


Mmmmmm...... a cup of coffee bring my day more beautiful. No matter it’s black, cream, mocha or frapuccino, I will drink it!! People says coffee doesn’t good for health, it can cause cholesterol, heart disease,sleep hard, blood pressure and leave stain in your teeth.

But Don’t you know coffee has a good stuff too, coffee can decrease risk of diabetes, weight loss, antioxidant, reduce Parkinson disease and prevention of cancer (colon, liver). Some other people says that two or a cup of coffee before go to the gym, can increase energy and help fat burn. so let’s enjoy our coffee.
